Rescheduled MLK Day of Service

This event is the rescheduled MLK day of service from January 21st.

This park is well-loved by the community and we want to keep it that way! Service work may include cleaning trash from the natural areas and shoreline, moving brush and fallen timber, invasive shrub removal and raking a nature trail. All ages and skill levels are welcome, there is something for everyone to help with! Tell your family, friends and neighbors to join!

Volunteers will clean trash from the natural areas and shoreline, move brush and fallen timber, remove invasive shrub and rake a nature trail.

This portion of the trail is located within “Pennypack on the Delaware” Park. If using GPS, use address 7750 State Road. This will take you to an intersection with an access road (you’ll see a big blue sign that says Riverview Homes) near Rhawn street, turn onto that road east into the park towards the river. Follow event directional signs to the start of the event (parking is located near the pier upon entering the park).

No registration required, email with any questions. All volunteers must sign a waiver before they begin work.
