Dance Fitness By The River…
New this year!
Dance with us in the fresh riverfront air. Our friends from DanceFit will be hosting Monday night outdoor weekly classes at 6pm featuring a mix of Zumba, JazzFit and Barrefit. Classes are free, but a suggested donation of $5 or $10 helps keep the program alive! Masks required. CDC recommendations will be followed. Must pre-register.
Zumba: Zumba is a Latin dance inspired fitness incorporating Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective dance fitness party!
JazzFit: In this 50 minute heart pumping class, you’ll follow the leader to be become the Jazz dancer you’ve always wanted to be! From classic Broadway style, to commercial street jazz, latin jazz, swing, and fosse, you’ll be introduced to a WIDE variety of movement for a new and fun cardio experience! No dance experience necessary, just bring an open mind and a smile!
Ballet BarreFit: Sculpt, tone, and train like a prima ballerina in this ballet fitness inspired class. Derived from traditional ballet exercises at the barre, Ballet BarreFit incorporates a mix of dance, pilates, and yoga with cardio dance blasts set to the best music!
