Join In Flow from May-June for a 9-week outdoor movement program at Riverfront North, at Pennypack on the Delaware’s pier overlooking the river (7801 State Road Philadelphia, PA 19136). These classes are FREE thanks to funds from Riverfront North and are meant to feel challenging, refreshing, and fun. Grab your friends, your mat, and join us for a zen Saturday morning. To participate, you will also need to sign Riverfront North’s waiver – which you’ll receive a link to via email upon your sign up.
