Nature-Inspired Family Yoga
All ages Yoga at Borski Park led by Family-Yoga professional and founder of Heartwell Yoga, Jana Gunby.
Join Heartwell Yoga for a Family Yoga class, inspired by the rhythms of the natural world. We’ll enjoy all of the good things: breath, playful movement, relaxation, and time together in nature at the beautiful Borski Park.
This class is perfect for kids of all ages and their grownup(s). Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat and dress comfortably.
