Riverfront North Art & History Tour

Guided by Local Philadelphia Artist, Bob Dix!

Enjoy the autumn colors, along with some history of the Riverfront North Trail of Philadelphia. A peaceful Fall stroll becomes an enjoyable time of sketching, painting, and informative history.

The northern part of the river front of Philadelphia has a long story of industrial growth and expansion. Now with the addition of riverfront trail, nature has reclaimed many parts, to give us scenic views and beautiful walks. The colors come alive in the autumn months.

With just a few art supplies, participants will learn about not only about the plants and animals and history of the area, they will also learn to capture the beauty of the surroundings. Part nature walk, part artistic escape and part history talk, this unique experience is a great way to spend a few hours of a colorful day.
