Welcome to Silver Sneakers in the Park!

Come join us at Robert A. Borski, Jr. Park for a fun-filled morning of fitness and community. Lace up your sneakers and get ready to move!

This health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ (though all ages are welcome!) will include a variety of activities including chair yoga, stretches, strength and balance, and more to help older adults stay active and healthy.

Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers (they don’t have to be silver!) and bring some water. All other materials and equipment will be provided. Sponsored by Riverfront North, you don’t have to show your SS membership card for this class, but the instructor Jaclyn Rodriguez is a certified instructor.
