This February, we hosted an eye-opening walk in Lardner’s Point Park with Adam DePaul of the Lenape Nation of Pennsylvania and Lisa Kelley, artist in residence at the Tacony LAB. This event was part of a series of programs with Mural Arts Philadelphia’s Tacony LAB, exploring the intersection of Lenape history and in the current Tacony community’s relationship with the riverfront. Over the course of the spring, art classes will be held and a final piece will be displayed on the park grounds.
