This Pizza Is A Park

Imagining the Future Waterfront Park Together

A new waterfront park is coming to Philadelphia, at the corner of Orthodox Street and Delaware Avenue. For the first time in two generations, there will be public riverfront access in Bridesburg. How can we celebrate this milestone when a pandemic keeps us separated? Across the city, many activities are on pause. However, one thing continues to cheer us, nourish us, and even enter our homes during this unprecedented time: PIZZA!

To mark this occasion and imagine the future park together, Riverfront North Partnership is partnering with Old English Pizza and Steaks to offer an interactive, limited-edition large pizza box that celebrates the upcoming park with trivia, coloring, poetry, history, old photos, and more. A pizza is more than a take-out option; this pizza is a place where we can share ideas, tell stories, and time travel together.

The pizza box is available at Old English Pizza on Richmond Street at Orthodox Street until supplies run out. HUNGRY YET?

Order your pizza NOW from Old English Pizza and Steaks: 215-288-9900
