House Decorating Contest

Bunting and bows, ribbons and wreaths, flags and flowers, banners and trinkets are just some of the ways used to decorate the outside of our homes for various holidays all year long.

Riverfront North Partnership (RNP), with support from The Philadelphia Foundation, is hoping residents and business owners use all these and more in an effort to create a sea of red, white and blue throughout the 19137 zip code in celebration of Memorial Day.

As a bit of an incentive, RNP is sponsoring a home and business decorating contest with six winners to be selected by an independent judging committee. $50 prize winners will be selected from six categories:

  • Porch
  • Flowerpots
  • Bay Window
  • Business
  • New Neighbor –you must have lived in 19137 location for less than a year

  • Community Choice – Facebook  voting will take place between 5/13 and 5/15 at noon.

The contest is open to anyone who lives in the Bridesburg 19137 community.  The theme is simply patriotic!  There is no entry fee, but you must enter your submission.

RULES AND SUBMISSIONS can be found on our dedicated webpage.
